What is the 147 maximum break prize at the 2023 World Snooker Championship?
There is a £40,000 prize for any player who makes a 147 at the Crucible Theatre during the 2023 World Snooker Championship.
Should a player make a maximum 147 break during the qualifying rounds which take place at the English Institute of Sport between April 3-12, they will receive a £10,000 bonus.
The highest break prize for the whole Championship (both qualifying rounds and at the Crucible Theatre) is £15,000.
Kyren Wilson and Mark Selby are set to share the prizes above equally after both made 147 maximum breaks during the 2023 World Snooker Championship.
Wilson compiled his maximum during his first round match against Ryan Day, while Selby created history by crafting the first-ever 147 in a world championship final during frame 16 of his title match encounter with Luca Brecel.
