Nuggets star Nikola Jokic continues to etch his name in the NBA history books.
After passing the great Wilt Chamberlain for the most triple-doubles in NBA Playoffs history for a center in Game 5 against the Suns, Jokic playfully joked with Shaquille O’Neal on his whereabouts on the list.
“Where is Shaq in that list? Is Shaq in that list?” Jokic joked. “Nope, because I never passed, Big Honey,” O’Neal responded as the two shared a laugh.

Jokic achieved the feat again as the Nuggets eliminated the Suns in Game 6, going off for 32 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds in a 25-point blowout.
Five days later, he recorded his third straight triple-double, exploding for 34 points, 21 rebounds and 14 assists to lead Denver to a Game 1 win over the Lakers in the Western Conference Finals.
In doing so, he became the first player in NBA history to have multiple 30-20-10 playoff triple-doubles.
Right on cue, he followed it up in Game 2 against the Lakers with his fourth-straight triple-double, recording 23 points, 17 rebounds, and 12 assists.
He joined Wilt Chamberlain as the only players in NBA history with four-straight triple-doubles in the playoffs, also tying Chamberlain’s record for the most triple-doubles in a single playoff run with seven in 1967.
It didn’t take him long to make the record his own, getting up to his usual tricks in Game 4 against the Lakers, recording his eighth triple-double of the postseason.
