Where is the U.S. Open in 2023? Location, distance, course details for Los Angeles Country Club
The U.S. Open is one of the more nomadic tournaments in professional sports.
The event has its favorites that it returns to more frequently than others. Oakmont Country Club has been the host nine times. Baltusrol Golf Club has hosted seven times. Several others have hosted four times or more.
But in 2023, the U.S. Open, one of the four major championships in men’s golf, will be headed someplace new. It will be the first time since 2017 that it is headed to a first-time host site, and only the fifth time since 2000 that it will be in a new location.
