The European database (EEA and non-EEA countries) of suspected drug reaction reports is EudraVigilance , audited by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), and they now report 44,348 fatalities and 4,279,200 injuries following injections of four experimental COVID-19 injections:

Of the total number of registered injuries, almost half (1,946,847) are serious injuries.
“Severity provides information about the suspected adverse effect; it can be classified as ‘serious’ if it corresponds to a medical event that results in death, is life-threatening, requires hospitalization, leads to another medically important condition, or prolongation of existing hospitalization, leads to permanent or significant disability or disability, or is a congenital/birth defect.”

*These totals are estimates based on reports submitted to EudraVigilance . The totals can be much higher based on the percentage of side effects reported.
